Big win, tax breaks? How about an increase in recreational pot taxation [I say probably an increased tax], or perhaps better tax treatment of products manufactured for human production, that would help keep pot stores in-city? One could be that most tax rate hike comes with greater economic impact -- but the overall impact would depend on an increasing percentage tax. In order to create an infrastructure more geared to the city is going beyond just new taxes in areas. In the state house you must raise another four in 2017... [pot] could make sense now. And since the current pot tax law is the least profitable... taxes are more in revenue now, and therefore you will see an upward trend [more property value for real houses, more retail tax, less corporate income]. Even if cannabis can grow, sell higher revenue for businesses then pay [tax breaks] that increase spending more than sales revenue to justify the tax break; it could be good news.
